System RES
System RES supplies a range of consumable parts for cold end equipment. Parts are interchangeable with all major manufacturers of inspection machines and palletizer equipment. The range covers the following areas:
Inspection machines
- Foam belts for camera inspection in various hardness and thicknesses
- Foam Belts for orientation rotational devices
- In-feed belts with special formulation foam to cater for non-round and tapered glass containers
- Roller bearings and rotating cuffs for rotary inspection machines
Packaging
- Vacuum plates for wide mouth containers - foam only or rubber reinforced wrapping
- Predrilled vacuum plates according to customer packaging specification
- Gripper tubes - double, single, reinforced, special inflatable shapes to suit every container diensiones
